How to prepare?

Take the Atta: Add the required amount of atta to a bowl

Add Water Gradually: Pour little water at a time and start mixing

Knead Well: Knead into a soft, smooth dough (not too sticky or dry)

Rest the Dough: Cover and let it rest for 15–20 minutes for better softness

Make Balls: Divide into small equal portions and roll into balls

Roll the Roti: Dust with flour and roll into thin circles

Cook on Tawa: Place on a hot pan, cook both sides until light brown spots appear

Serve Hot: Apply a little ghee if needed and enjoy fresh
Tip: Khapli wheat may need slightly more water than regular atta, so adjust while kneading for best results.
