All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working business day.

Refund Policy

At Aran Foods, every product goes through strict quality checks before it leaves our facility. We stand firmly behind the quality of what we deliver.


No Refund and No Return Policy

We follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy. Since our products are organic and food-grade in nature, we are unable to accept returns or issue monetary refunds once an order has been delivered.

We kindly request our customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.

 

Damaged or Defective Products — 100% Replacement Guaranteed

We understand that despite our best efforts, products may occasionally get damaged during transit. In such cases, we are happy to offer a 100% free replacement at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement, please follow the steps below:

 

Important: Unboxing Video is Mandatory

Customers are required to record a short, uninterrupted video while unpacking their delivery package. This video serves as proof of the condition in which the product was received and is essential for us to process your replacement request.


Steps to Claim a Replacement:

  1. Record a video while unboxing your package — from the moment you open the outer packaging to revealing the product inside. Ensure the video is clear and uninterrupted.

  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged product(s).

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your order details, the unboxing video, and photos.

  4. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

  5. Upon verification, your replaced products will be delivered to you back within 2-3 business days at the earliest.

⚠️ Replacement requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained, as we are unable to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

 

Conditions for Replacement

  • The unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery — videos submitted after the package has already been opened will not be accepted.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products that have been used, partially consumed, or tampered with (beyond what is needed to inspect the damage) are not eligible for replacement.
